CFA appointed a PM firm to solicit this important relocation project and our ultimate goal was to provide design and build solutions including reinstatement service of their existing office in Exchange Square. After carefully studying the client’s requirement, we understood the client would like to achieve a better working environment therefore; our design team has created many different scenario of flexible workplace that would match with their corporate identity and objectives. From the construction side, our project team worked closely together with the PM firm to ensure our programme is manageable and taken into consideration to ensure completed on time and within budget.
The end result was a fantastic and a project that was completed on time, and below budget, and most importantly a client is highly appreciated the outcome and become our long term business partner.
